Used to be 8 or more hours of sleep was something to celebrate during the week. Now, it's 7 or more.
Decent run. Left hip kinda awake but left glute was great. Legs felt a little heavy but not bad. Need to do more stretching. Maybe ride the trainer after work.

Hilly course. Legs actually decent. Dug doing the long climbs. May pay for it tmw. Whatev. Adjusted saddle height up and moved saddle back a little. Seemed to help w/ my lower back.
