wu 11c, 12a, send Grushenka Deluxe 12c 2nd go and called it good. Psyched to finally do that variation to finish off the wall. And, it was f'ing cool. Hard boulder to pump mgmt to the top. Funner than expected day up out there.

Got to bed at 9:45 after finishing my paper. Took a while to fall asleep.

SS MTB 53:07 [3] 7.8 mi (8.8 mph) +1100ft

All but 1.4mi on dirt. Started at O SMith and took rd to Lower Corner Cyn. Felt awful at first, but body came around. Fun ride. Saw a snake. Good to just get out and not think about anything except staying upright. Could've gone longer but don't want to overdo it, and I want to send this weekend. So rad to have the night off from class.

Stayed at work late to get caught up (hopefully). I'm tired too. My body feels good, but my head is off. Try to get out on the SS tmw, get to bed earlier tonight.

Gym today after work. Body feels ok from ride yesterday. Calves a little tight.

Ok sesh. Worked a long pumpy 7. Flashed a soft 6 in the JV cave. It was fine. It felt good to move.
5 PM

Hangboard 9:00 [4]

9 sets, 7 reps each 7:3 duty cycle, 3min rest
Last 2 sets were hard. I did a few sets starting on the sm edges and an offset (lg edge, sm edge) set, but mostly lg edge on beastmaker at the gym. Tried hard. Got it done. Nice job.

Feel ok. Gonna try to get out on the SS after work.

SS MTB 1:13:10 [4] 12.4 mi (10.2 mph) +930ft

3.8mi on dirt on BST. Confidence increased as I went. Felt good to suffer on the climbs. Low skill and confidence on the trails though. Somehow didn't wreck myself. Fun ride.

Went to Teardrop, but it looked wet.
Beta burn on Syllogism
Redpt burn on Syllogism, got thru crux, fell after being too pumped to stick rt hand pocket jug above crux. Idk if I could've recovered enough to send the last crux section as I couldn't do it after having rested at the draw. Should be able to get it next trip there.
