Did HW and some urban hangin with B. Not using my legs for much these days. Ride out the no psyche for cardio and treat it as rest to, hopefully, climb harder.

wu 10d, 11c, burn on Texture clumsy foot slip going into top boulder. Taking a break from that one.
Send A River Runs Through It 12d 3rd go of day after falling/ taking low on 1st 2 burns. Really psyched.
1/2 burn, then burn to the top on Slim Shady 12c hard to relearn the moves. Psyched to get back on it.

I didn't feel rad today after being up late last night. Climbed ok though. Overcast, great conditions out there today. Amazing to have the day off. Life is good.

Actually a fun sesh on cool new problems. Did 2 new v5 2nd go each. Did all the moves on a cool new 6, should get it next time. Did 1/2 of moves on two other 6s as well. Kinda psyched to go back next week.

125 push ups in 6min, plus ab wheel and headstands when I got home.

Body feels pretty wrecked this morning. Tried hard on the 12d yesterday. Head pretty good this morning though. Feeling at peace with just climbing and not forcing cardio. Grad school- get it done without getting totally out of shape.

Stayed late at work. Wrote a paper when I got home.

wu 10a, 11c, beta burn to top of texture 12c, up to 4th bolt on Narrow Minded. Hard, sharp, techy 13a. 2 burns on A River Runs Through It 12d. 1 hung it 1st go, 2 hung it 2nd go. Cool route. Psyched to get back on it. Kinda low mo day but still got in some hard moves. Just roll with it. I'm in good climbing shape. Fun day outside and cool to see Tom, Ben, and Chad out there. Great temps.
