Big, good sleep. Back to the Narrows. TCOB.
11 AM

Hiking 39:00 [3] 2.0 mi (19:30 / mi) +500ft 15:46 / mi

to/ from Narrows. The gate was closed. Good to get in some walking though.

Kind of a bust of day. So freakin cold.
10a, 12a, dogged up Boiler. Climbed up to second last bolt on Texture. Seam was wet, as were slick feet. Jeez. Psyche for that place nosedived today. So it goes. It's 5pm, and I feel like I could go to bed right now. Gotta do homework. Soldier on.

Ok sesh until it got so f'ing busy. Fell off th ejug finish of a new 6. Did 2 new 5s. Climbed ok. Too many kids, man.
So, did some weights and 1/2 an HB workout
5 PM

Strength Training 9:00 [3]

seated overhead db press 3x10 @20lb
db chest press 3x 8@30lb
shoulder db fly 3x6@15lb
5(?) sets core -weighted A framex2, carried 30-40lb med ball, leg lifts on the rack
4 sets HB 7:3/ 3min rest

Midweek maintenance while outdoor climbing is still good on the weekends.

wu 11b, about 4 bolts up 12a
beta burn to top of Narrow Minded 13a, did all the moves
burn on Narrow Minded and refined crux beta
Fell on the gaston before the jug on Texture 12c. Got to the crux and felt good, but go distracted by feeling good and fell when I got flash pumped. Oh well. Good burn for my head. I know I'm fit enough to do that route. Would've gotten back on the 13a but 2 other people were trying it, and it was getting late. Solid day, despite not sending. Back to it next weekend, hopefully.
