Slow and easy. Tired legs. No surprise there. The rest of my body feels decent. I need to eat more though, or I'm going to be worthless trying to climb tmw. Good job getting out. But, it didn't inspire me to put in for the LT100 lottery.
My body feels really good from not climbing. Psyched to get back to it but also glad to have taken this break. Hips feel better. TBD if I'll get out after work.

1st 3.55 solo in 32min, last 1.48 in 17:47 with B and C. Wow 5mi! I'm, like, a jogger. 2 laps at the park- diggin that loop. Threw in a few accels and hill sprints.
Sport Climbing (American Fork) 1:15:00 [4] shoes: Miura VS Blue
Nuts. A bust of a weekend. Went to Red Corners. A pair were already on X, so we went over to Stretchmarks (12a in the book) to warm up. Idk if stuff broke, but it felt like 12+/ 13-, no kidding. 2 burns on that and I was cooked. Skin was grated. Tried to get on a 12b/c and was worhtless. Skinwrecked. Feet killing me. So it goes. May be time for a break. TBD. Oh well.
