From the church, south on BST, Ghost Falls, up a mile on J's Ladder, then back. Legs ok. Hip flexors talked to me a little. Overall, decent though. 2 gels. 16oz water. Cool to warm temps. Basically perfect weather.

Felt super weak warming up but ended up sending a hard new 5 1st go of the day, another new 5/6 (unrated) and sent (ha!) an older 7 with some new beta- love when that happens. Step away from the problem for a while. Come back to it with no expectations. Try something a little different and boom. I'm hoping to apply that to life soon. God sesh.

1/2 rd, 1/2 trail. Gully recon. Pretty good legs. Cool, breezy. Cool to finally head west in the gully until it hits the PRT. Not psyched to do that run a lot, but it was new territory today.
