Flashed 2 new v5s, sent a new v5 and v6 2nd go each. Repeated an old 5 and a 7. Sent an old v6. Weak sauce on the cave proj. NBD. Climbed ok. Had planned on a run but just felt like going to the gym, to get my full body working. Good sesh.

Easy and slow but hilly w/ headwind 1st 3 miles. Hit QH, then Bells lower res. climb+ loop+ bushwack, then back to QH, home past the golf course. Ended up being a good run despite feeling wrecked this morning from the gym.
