Slow and easy in the snow. Legs and head decent after 2 days off. Good to get out though. Nice job.

Good one w/ B. Flashed a new v6s and new v8. Ha! It was way soft but still did it 1st go. Sent the cave v7 proj 1st go of the day. Boom! Worked a new 7 and an old 8. Touched finish hold on old 7 proj. Ab wheel after.

Solid sesh w/ some hard moves in there. Psyched to have a good jog and then climb well after 2 days off and feeling low mo lately.

Was going to do 12x 400 but kids showed up at the track. Not the best legs/ body for jogging fast today (duh). But, good to get in some turnover.

I was there for an hour but rested 10min each b/t 2nd and 3rd burn on the v7 cave proj. Got to a high point on the 2nd go, basically one move further. 3rd burn was a bust, fell at the lip. Repeated a soft 5 and 6. Good to climb a little and not "need" to go tmw.

The Henion Crag at B.Hollow

Climbed 2 bolts up a 10d slab, but everything sounded hollow. Just kinda sketchy. Came down. NBD.

2 burns to the top of the 12b "warm up." Did all the moves no problem but putting it all together on the second burn was thwarted by lack of endurance. It got pretty hot up there. I didn't want to totally destroy myself up there. So, not a lot of climbing today but fun to get outside a little. I don't miss mega hikes to get to the climbing. Good to get up high and beat up the legs. Worthwhile outing w/ B and C.
