Good sleep, just need more. Didn't wake feeling super rested. Legs a little sore. Body feels kinda tired. Oh well. I could probably still rip it. Believe!

Went out too fast. Great conditions. I think I kept a positive attitude for about 95% of the race. It was good to beat Bill C. after he passed me right before the finish at the CH 5k. Solid effort. Not disappointed but not psyched. But, I shouldn't expect a different result from doing the same thing. I want a breakthrough but need to put in the time and effort to make it happen.

Decent run considering how batsh*t crazy my workload is these days.

Flash new v5. Send 2 new v6s and a v7. Fell at top of new v7 twice. Climbed decent. Felt pretty good. Fun sesh.

Ok sesh. Not much power but did an old v6 in the cave I got shut down on when it was set months ago. Worked another old cave 6, maybe get it next time. Whatev. Good to move and not think about work/ school for a while. Super crowded today.
