Decent power sesh. Did all the moves on the have v7 cave proj. To the top starting from the move before the hardest 2 moves. 5min rests b/t burns. Nice job climbing smarter. It'll probably be gone before I make it back this weekend. But, I'm psyched to have felt so good on it today since it felt so hard before.
Ended w/ ab wheel and 30 push ups! So, I'm basically a machine.

Lots of practicum hours this week, so just trying to stay sane. Tech Center open house after the gym. Ugh. Losing most of Sat. for a conference. Just get it done.

Slept hard. Tired this morning. Maybe the weekend caught up with me.

1st 2.7mi on slushy trail (Church BST to Orson Smith TH), then back around on the rd.
5x 3min hard/ 2min jog; 1.2-ish mi "cd" up Wasatch. Warm temps. Good run. Nice job getting on the rd and doing some hard joggin.

Flashed a 12b, 2 hung another 12b, one hung a 12a, flashed a 10d on the headwall. Fun to change it up a little, take some whippers, get super pumped. Psyched on the 12b flash despite never climbing on a rope these days.
