Fun sesh w/ B on new problems. Flashed 2 v7s, a v6, and two v5s. Sent another v7 an did all but the last 2 moves on a new v8. Solid sesh. Back was good. Ended with some ab wheel and disc stuff. Glad to be back able to get back at it.

The goal is to actually put together a solid run week next week. Make it happen.

Heavy from ravioli last night. Back is tweaky and stiff from doing A frames w/ a 20 lb med ball after bouldering. Whoops.

Mostly mod to too hard effort in cool, gray conditions. mi8-10.11 in 20:18 (6:24 aided, 6:43, 6:34, 37sec) so unplanned 5k tempo after rolling mi 8 down a long hill. On the way home did 4x 100 hard/ 100 jog at the track to hit 12mi in 90min, then cool down jog to home. Good run, esp after waking not feeling too psyched to run today.

Rest now, do homework.
