2 burns on Tropical Depression 13a. So hard but I actually did the bottom to the underclings for the 1st time. I also got my closest to sticking the drive by move to the slot. So, mm of progress. But, nice job for getting on it and taking a whipping.

Heavy from ziti and wrecked from past few days plus crappy sleep. Jeez. Good job getting out in the AM for the 1st time since practicum though. I hope to try to make that happen more often. Left hip kinda wonky a few times. Overall, it was a train wreck of a jog. But, it was a jog nonetheless.

Good sesh. Sent the hard 5 cave proj 1st go and new v5 I couldn't do on Sat. Sent a new v7 with a jump start! Fell on last move of the new v8 proj.

3 gus, 16oz water. Good one from church BST to CC w/ some jogging on some horse trails I'd not been on. Xterra simulator w/ 2 big climbs, incl 1000' b/t mi 6.5-9.3. I was able to turn the legs over late too. So, nice one. Psyched to run on some proper dirt after the slush fiasco 2 weeks ago.
