Decent jog after van sleep in Moab. Crazy crowded camping but not many people on the trails. Felt kinda crappy 1st hour, then decent. Easy to mod first 10mi, then went a little harder. .8mi ish cd. 1 gu, 12oz water. Felt kinda cooked in the desert. In all, a good run.

Legs and head not great. Never felt comfortable. Oh well. Good to be able to get out. Wore new Salomon vest and packed jacket, gloves, and phone to test how it felt. Drank 200ml of water. Sure. So ready for spring break. Burned out at work and school. 2 more days...

Climbed ok. Repeated a couple v5s and v6s. High point on the v9 proj- got to 3rd last move (the stopper one) from the start.
Ended with 7 or 8 reps on the HB plus core stuff. Decent sesh.

Decent sesh. Objective was the 12c. Felt smooth on the send.
