2 gu, 20oz water. Decent legs but not totally recovered. 1st 7mi up hill. AP at mi 13 was 9:24mm. Psyched to be able to bring it down in the last miles. Psyched that 2.5hrs doesn't feel that bad (or boring). Good run.

Weight is up. Had some popcorn and a bowl of Cheerios for dinner. Head and body finally feels like they're coming around though. Jog after work.

Danish/ QH CW. Legs and head much better, though I should've only gone about 5mi. Left knee felt tweaky the last mile or so. Oh well. It felt good to feel better. This week has been kinda rough. The body and mind seem to be on the upswing though. Nice.
