Solid run. Always feels hard, but I like the CCW direction way better. Legs were pretty trashed at the end. Rad loop. Nice job. 12oz water, 2 gu

Flashed new v5, v5, v6. Sent another v5 2nd go. No progress on cave proj. Decent mileage.

Easy with some strides and 3 hill sprints. Good legs until felt sore last 1/2mi or so. Good jog though. Didn't think I'd get out today. Nice.

Calves super sore and tight for the first 3.3mi then slowly started to loosen up. Mile 1 in 11:01. Mile 5 in 8:45. Decent easy jog. Good stretch after.

Pretty weak sauce. Hot in there today. No progress on the proj. Repeated up to v4. 3 sets of core and some shoulder flies. Sure.

2 gu, 16oz water. 1st 8.5mi w/ B. Legs sore but came around. They're def. trashed now though. Pretty sore on final descent but they'd turn over. Solid jog. Warm, but nice, AM.
