From home to hidden valley to run on BST for about 4miles then the PRT to Harmon’s to wait for B to pick me up. About 5 total trail miles. Miles 14 and 15 moderate in 6:59, 6:53. Low mo start but legs and head came around. No gels just a couple sips of water then 17oz maurtens 160 over the last 13 miles. Even energy. No stomach issues. Good one in the gray and cool.

Slept ok but been staying up too late. I've been passing out almost as soon as I lay down, which is pretty rad. Run after work.

1st 3mi slow and easy with B, then ~1.6mi up BCC, then back down to home. Last 10min was moderate at 6:40-7:10 pace, which felt decent. Pretty good legs and head. Stomach was kinda off though. Ended up being a nice day after a rainy morning. Probably rest tmw to recharge for the weekend.

Slow and easy with a little over a mile on grass at different schools. Legs slow. Head fine. Shoes bad. Going through all my old pairs and trying to clean out the closet. Sunny and warm. 4x 8sec hill sprints. Nice job jogging it out. No music sounded good.

Popperton/ BST loop CW after busy morning. Legs and head decent. Not too muddy. Was hurting a little in the last mile but not bad. Got warm. Nice temps, kinda breezy. Good one. About 3 miles on the rd.

Fin one. Flashed to v6s and a v7. Sent another v7 second go. Tried a v8 a couple times. Went better than expected after the run and not eating much.

Legs not bad. Head ok. Nice temps though. Taking tmw off work but gonna be busy. Tear it up.

Easy to mod with B. Fun loops and rad scenery. Never camped/ run around here before. Psyched to go back and check out the rest of the trails. Lots to do! Good legs and head.
