Easy to mod w/ B the first 7mi. Mi10-12 moderate in 656, 709, 715. Last 1/2mi didn't feel rad. Nice temps. Decent run. New shoes felt good.

Pretty weak sauce. Flashed four new v5s and fell on the last move of a hard-ish v5 on the 45. Tried a 6 and some 7s.

Slow-ish and easy in the weird Spring weather. Legs and head not rad. Just going thru the motions. Psyched for the roadtrip and sun. These shoes suck. Taking them back.

Warm and WINDY. 4mi E, 3 mi moderate in 709,714,707, 1mi at MP in 634 (last 800 at the track). 1mi cd.

Goal moderate pace was 720. Honest and controlled effort. MP goal was 650. Legs just ok. Attitude decent enough though. Good to get out in the AM- get that "first one in a while" out of the way. Good call on the rest day yesterday.

Better than expected but kinda weak. Flashed three v5s and a v6 2nd go. Tried a couple 7s. Got pumped fast. Legs not super helpful. Still fun though.

So-so jog on Church BST/ CC. Warm and windy on the way out. Good to get off road but not as inspiring as I'd hoped. Head not great. Decent jog overall though. Mellow effort. Just took a while to dump crappy work-related thoughts. NBD.

E+ 5x 9sec hill sprints. Low mo and slow 1st 6.5mi before legs and head came around. Was supposed to do 9 but started hs' at home at 9mi, then just jogged to hit 10. Really nice out today. Ended up being a good one.

Slept decent. Dark and rainy out. Run + gym today.

Cold and WET out and back on the JRP w/ B. 8 x20/40 in the last 1.5mi. Typical psycho spring weather. Decent legs and head though after creaky first mile or so. B rocked it. Nice to change up the location and keep it flat.

Ok sesh. Flashed two v6s on the 45 and did another v6 2nd go. Flashed a v5 on the 45. Tried some 7s and an 8. Climbed better than expected. Pretty fun. As the jog miles go up, my expectations for the gym will need to be adjusted.
