Climbed so-so. Sent a new v5 2nd go. Good progress on a v7 on the 45. Low power. No surprise. It felt really good to climb though. I realize (again) that it's important for my mental well being.

Out 7mi south in 11mph+ headwind. Last 4mi in 650, 658, 658, 656 w/ goal of sub 7mm. 12oz Heed, 1 gel. Legs not great. Biggest mileage week in 5 months. Solid effort. Back to work tmw and crappy weather on the way. Aside from outbound wind, nice temps. Kinda warm last couple miles.
