Glen wild trails w/ B. Pushed it on the tower climb, did the last 1/2 mile twice. Nice jog in sun and cold. Head and body coming back a little more.

Did all the moves on the v7 cave project. Did a new v6. Flashes a new v5. Gush session. Good bit of mileage.

Slow and easy. Back was stiff out of bed so took 400mg ibu. Hip flexors stiff on the run but had a few moments of feeling looser. Good to get out a second day in a row. Left IT band almost woke up but did well. No hip pain during or after. In all, progress. Feeling more motivated to get out more. Heading in the right direction.

Slept through the night. Lower back a little stiff this AM. Plan is trail run after work.

ahr:142 max:165 shoes: NB 880v8

20min jog, 10x 30sec hard on 2 minutes. Legs started to loosen up a little the last 2 reps, pace in 540s. Left IT band almost woke up at 5.7mi but never got flared up. Hip was good. Hip flexors just don't feel super mobile. Overall, though, likely the best run I've had since the race.

Got to sleep in a little b/c of AM district meetings. Back and hips feel stiff. Jeez. Gym after work today. Good sleep though.

Sent a v6 in the cave I couldn't start when it was set. Tried some 7s and an 8. Pretty fun. Felt ok.

Lights out at 8:30 but woke a couple times. Dreams about ghosts. Feel decent this AM. Cold and snowing. Try to get out after work. Not forcing anything though.

Slow and easy. Low RPE but HR stayed kinda high. Oh well. Cold, wind, but sunny. Left IT band got pissed last 1-2 miles. Nice job getting out.

Back a little stiff this AM. Been dumping snow all morning. Plan is to run somewhere. TBD.

HRM crazy today. CC trails from Ballard-Ann's-CH. First half uphill. Legs held up well enough. Left IT band got a little pissed and hip flexors were stiff the last couple miles. Overall, though, a decent run. Cold, windy, snow. Winter is here today.
