Decent legs and head for most of it. Ran about 9.1 out into the wind and sun, then back. Wore shorts! Got warm in the houdini the last few miles.

Couldn't keep hr down, but the effort felt fine. Pretty good one.

Good run. Nice job staying upright. Almost ate it twice during the wu and cd. 16F but not really any wind, so better than yesterday. Pretty cool, rolling route for workouts while the track is still buried.

Mellow session just to move a little. Flashed a new and repeated two old v5s. Did some 3s and 4s. Worked a new v6. Planning on trying to climb less or, at least, shorten the sessions to save the matches for running.

All the clothes. 17 w/ 6 windchill? Idk. Stayed warm. First couple miles were a little stiff. The roads actually weren't that bad. Sidewalks are all buried though. Glad I went this AM. Can't stress about quality right now with the conditions. Get in the miles.

JRP. Ran south into the wind and comfortable effort and avg'd ~8mm. 2 quick nature breaks, earbud adjustment, and trying to find a glove that blew into a marsh cost me some time at the beginning and middle. Ran 7:10-7:20s on the inbound. Legs were ok. Head was good. I'm starting to remember what the long runs feel like. Just settle in and get it done. 2nd day in a row in shorts before the storm gets here.
