Sundance w/ the fam. Only fell twice. Got down a black diamond twice without falling. Actually felt competent today. Nice. There for about 4.5 hours. Legs not too trashed after.

Nice job getting out of bed. Body felt okay.

Good run. Took longer than usual to get out the door. Would've settled for a 30min jog. 8-10 x 1k was prescribed. But, I didn't make it to the track last night to try to shovel the 20m covered in snow and ice. So, I ended up doing laps on ~.75mi mostly flat loop in the hood. Pretty cool, actually. Would've done 2 more reps but was short on time.

2 straight hours of digging out parking stalls at Church Fork to make room for the RUFA basecamp. Fun couple hours w/ Rob, Jake, and Jared. I'll likely feel this a lot tomorrow. Whoops.

Easy effort, but my body felt great. Idk. Maybe that KB circuit stuff helped, plus a rest day. Cold in the teens. But, I stayed comfortable. No precip. Dry roads. Really good one. Psyched.

The last time I did this scheduled run (for St. G training), it was like 90 degrees at 5 AM. Crazy.

Decent sleep. Body feels ok this AM. Maybe easy jog after work or rest. TBD. Cloudy brain this morning. I've already dropped a mug of creamer in the kitchen. Hopefully, that will be the last accident I have today. Buckle up for Monday.

Ugh. Up before 6 to run before a fam thing. Hip flexors stiff but got better. Cold but dry and no ice. So, that's awesome. Ok jog.

Fun sesh on the way home after the thing. Flashed three v5s and a v6. Worked some 6s and 7s and made some good links. Fun to hit a different gym for the first time in a while. Fun problems.
