3x 8sec hill sprints at the end.
Lights out at ~7:10 last night. Woke at 3:45-ish, out of bed at 4. Felt decent. Really good sleep. Easy to mod effort in cool temps and light rain. Took a few miles to get out some bad vibes but ended up being a good run and mental reset. Short day at work today and tmw. Don't get sick.

~4.5mi on rd, the rest on dirt along the base of Grandeur.Really nice out. Decent legs. Mellow jog w/ some big hills. Fun one. Unexpected hood exploring.

Jack's Peak from home. 4.5mi to TH; 22:52/ 1.2mi to summit at 64xx'. Sunny, cool-warm, super windy. Met up w/ B and C on the summit and came down together. Super fun. Legs held up well. Super fun. Digging being free from Boston training.

shoes: Anasazi Arrowhead pt2

First 3 bolts of 10c. Kinda cool. After 3rd bolt, you mantle on to a shelf, and then it's like >10' to the next bolt on some chossy quartzite, putting you 15+ ft above the last bolt. Not worth falling and bouncing off the shelf, and then decking. It was so windy, I couldn't hear how hollow or not holds were. I was also kind of worried about being blown off balance before the bolt. So, I downclimbed from the shelf. Sometimes it's just better to walk away.
