Slow and easy in the usual areas. Legs tired but head ok. Mellow jog in the gray and cold-ish. Music on the whole time to drown out the negative voices.

Just kinda ended up at the track.

Splits were b/t 44.1 to 45.9, with the faster ones being in the second half of the workout. Legs felt kinda heavy and stiff, probably from last weekend and a lot of sitting yesterday. Whatev. Sunny, but cold.

Good run. But, I need to get my head sorted. The return of the wintery weather is messing up my local run proj plans that were keeping me psyched. Talk about first world problems.

Slept poorly last night. I meant to go easy, but the route was pretty hilly. Oh well. Legs tired, but ok. Was sunny when I left, but gray and cold wind moved in after a few miles. Psyched to not get rained on.

From UMNH north toward zoo TH for a 3.7mi loop, then BST to 11th Ave/ BST loop cw, and then south with some extensions into Red Butte and across the HCI p lot. Psyched to stick it out for 20. Hard run. Nice job.
