TRT Day 2.
Started w/. 2.3mi hike to Big Meadow TH to have breakfast. Swam in Round Lake. Camped near Echo Summit. Hard day in the sun. Stopped with lower mileage b/c would've had to go another 6-8 miles to get to a place we could camp past Echo Lake. Better campsite tonight.

Decent sleep. Weight up from ziti + treats last night. NBD. Not a bad thing to go into next week with some extra weight.

Easy w/ some accels in the sun and heat. 3x 20/40 in the last mile. Last one uphill. Good legs and head. Good run.

Sent a v5 2nd go. Made progress on three v5s and a v6. Repeated a soft v6. Got in quite a few moves. Just didn't send much. Not surprising. NBD. The rowing machine is what got me psyched for the gym today. Go one more time before the trip (to row!).

Big sleep til 8:10a. E to mod in the sun and heat. Legs and head okay. Grabbed a drink fro the water fountain at the park at ~5mi. No gels or other water. Decent run. Probably 2 more 5 milers or so this week. Taper-ish.
