ahr:120 max:153 slept:9.1 weight:135.8lbs shoes: Peregrine 10

Same loop as Tue but opposite direction. Parked at Church Fork and took p-line, instead of rd (added ~1.3mi), to BH, then to Porter Fork. Cool temps and light rain. Pretty rad. Cool colors up there. Only saw one person on the trail til last 3 miles. Decent legs and head. Felt fine to hang behind B after hard efforts earlier in the week. Time on my feet in the woods. Good livin'.
4 PM

Skateboarding 21:00 [3]

Landed a kickflip in my new shoes. It's slowly coming back. It's slowly coming back.

5x 200/200 in 41.1, 41.2, 40.8, 40.1, 39.8
Jog about .8mi, 6x 30sec hard on 2min uphill or uphill finish. Good legs and head. Smelled like smoke and may have been raining ash. Ugh. Anyway, good run. Plan to hit the Tue loop in the opposite direction tmw.
5 PM

Skateboarding 12:00 [3]

Landed a few tricks, almost a kickflip. Felt pretty uncoordinated but got better toward the end. Pretty fun. Need new skate shoes.

ahr:141 max:170 slept:7.7 weight:135.4lbs shoes: Peregrine 10

From O Smith-Ann's-Rd-Ghost Falls-Rattler-Rd. Legs a little sore from Tue but felt decent. 8am mtg so I had an extra hour this AM. Got to run in the light for the last about 2 miles. 6:20 aided mi10. Good run. Digging staying out of the gym and sticking to JV stuff at home. Body and overall energy feeling good.

ahr:128 max:152 slept:6.8 weight:134.4lbs shoes: NB 880v9

Easy hood jog. Didn't feel as bad as I'd expected. Legs came around a little at the end. 4x 8sec hs. Nice AM.

Trail Run 2:34:56 [4] 12.81 mi (12:06 / mi) +3816ft 9:26 / mi
ahr:145 max:167 shoes: Peregrine 10

17oz water, 1 gel, 1 pack bloks
BH TH-down rd- up Deso past Overlook-Deso trail- down Porter Fork
Awesome to get up there. Legs and head decent. Went out too hard to purge some work angst but paid for it later. Loving the Deso Trail, despite the beat down. Lots of trees down, which maybe added 8-10 minutes to get around/ over them. Steep descent went okay.
5 AM

Road Run 33:11 [3] 4.01 mi (8:17 / mi) +190ft 7:55 / mi
ahr:131 max:151 slept:7.7 weight:135.2lbs shoes: Ride ISO2 Lime

Easy hood jog to move before work. Slept in until 4:57, got going at 5:22. Nice. Plan is PM trail run in Millcreek Stay psyched!

ahr:131 max:157 slept:7.7 weight:136.2lbs shoes: Peregrine 10

From O Smith. Used B's headlamp. I like the light better. Legs and head ok. Kinda over worrying about tripping so much in the dark. Maybe start switching to PM trail runs. TBD. Cool-ish temps. Good air.

Note
slept:7.7

Slept in the BW p lot after driving half way home. Jeez. Slept pretty well though. Woke at 5:10 and drove the rest of the way home (w/out coffee?!). Tired and dumb now but glad to be home, where it's less smokey. Back still tweaky. 600mg ibu when we got home.

Strength Training 6:00 [3]
(rest day)

push ups, core, pull ups

Mellow day at home. Hung a floating shelf, ironed shirts. Lazy day. Loved it.
