Easy RPE, but hilly-ish, hood jog + Parley's trail section. Legs ok. Low back and hips kinda stiff/ sore from skating yesterday. Darn it. Mellow job. Longer trail run tmw AM before fam thing. Head sort of in a weird spot. Weird week at work, on planet earth.

Super easy hood run. Cool-ish temps. Legs a little tired, kinda sleepy in general, but decent jog. Nice job keeping it easy and the hr low.

Skateboarding 15:00 [3]

Lone Peak park with Shad. Landed 2 kickflips off a small incline. Short noseslide and boardslide. Pretty fun, but crowded.

slept:8.5 weight:135.6lbs

Slept in w/ plan to head up a canyon after work to run. Cloudy brain from more sleep and no AM jog. Legs kinda sore from yard work yesterday. Ha.
4 PM

Trail Run 1:49:43 [4] 9.1 mi (12:03 / mi) +2738ft 9:23 / mi
ahr:142 max:168 shoes: Peregrine 10

BH-rd-Grandeur in 50:42-P-line- up P Fork for .2 and back. Drank ~12oz water, 1 gel. Felt tired up Grandeur but just kept HR pegged at 159-161. Actually got up there in decent time w/out pushing it. Legs were toast on the last 2mi of descent though. To be expected. Cool-ish temps. Leaves are changing. Not crowded. Great run. Porter Fork leaf colors were crazy. Fun to climb up the rd a little to hit 9mi.

Deep sleep. Feel ok this AM. No soreness, just kinda tired. Finished the cake last night, so weight should be down by tmw. Whatev.

Trail Run 1:34:30 [3] 10.15 mi (9:19 / mi) +739ft 8:43 / mi
ahr:137 max:157 slept:9.5 shoes: Peregrine 10

Big sleep at 7700' at the Thunder Trails TH. Free camping off the road. Only a couple other parties out there. Partied a bit Sat PM but felt decent in the AM. Good stretch before bed. Bringing the yoga mat is key.

Thunder + Portis loop. Fun trails, well marked. Kinda had it all. Flat to rocky and punchy. Effort was easy to moderate, though I tried to push it a bit at the end. Lots of running in the trees from 7800-8100'. Legs decent, all things considered. Perfect weekend of van living and running.
