Deso TH-P Line- up Porter Fork- Deso trail. Legs decent. So rad up there. Tried to keep hr under 144. Actually felt amazing on final descent. One last run up there before it snows. 3 gels. 10oz water, 3oz tailwind

Easy in the f'ing cold. Legs tired but better than expected. Slept terribly. Woke at 3:45 and couldn't fall back asleep. Brain is cloudy, but feel ok, all things considered.

Slept in w/ plan to run after work. Cooler PM temps in the forecast. Have a lot of energy this AM after actually getting some decent sleep. Hopefully, I can keep it contained at work. Ate ~1/4 of leftover cake last night. Nutrition of champions.

1mi wu jog. Grandeur fun run loop. To the summit in ~55:50. Legs decent throughout, besides crazy full rt leg cramp at base of Bambi climb. Sunny but cold in the shade. Good run. I don't love that west face climb. Stayed mostly on course.

Decent effort. Psyched on doing more of the high end uphill stuff. Good run. When I woke up, I was thinking, "Why am I doing this?"

Nice and easy hood jog. Legs and head fine. Legs were a little heavy but felt like they had a little pop. Nice. Good job keeping it super easy.

Slept ok. Body is a little tired but no soreness. Up late after fam dinner, and then coming home and watching Mockingjay Part 2. Little less than half a cake left. Finished the ice cream though.

Coyote Loop. Tried to keep hr under 144. Kinda hard to do with uphill first 9mi or so. Body and head held up in the late miles. Felt really good considering I haven't properly run 20 in a while. Nice AM up there. Only saw like 6 bikes and no humans for the first almost 2 hours.
