Easy to mod effort up to first BSA camp in MC Cyn. Quads felt heavy but ok. Left IT band bugged for a few minutes after the turnaround but NBD. Feeling ok but need to catch up on sleep.

Zwift. Pretty fun. Best job I've done keeping effort really easy except for one sprint. Need to figure out the lower back issue. Doesn't hurt when I ride though. So, that's nice. Another long work day.

Legs much better this AM. Shoes feel ok. I think they help my left leg. Idk. Tried to pick up the pace a bit on the second half to turn my legs over. Probably should've taken yesterday off. Hopefully, today was the last cold cold run for a while.

Slow and uninspired. Legs stiff and heavy BUT nothing hurt. Sunny and warm, then breezy and cold- spring....

First run in the Guide 13. Haven't gotten a stability shoe in a long time. They was 50% off so I thought I'd at least try them. They didn't feel terrible. Idk. Impossible to tell on after-work legs.

First 13.2 w B and C after sleeping so so until getting cold at 5AM. NBD. Unloaded the bike and started riding toward home. Picked up pace and intensity. Last 12mi on the rd. Legs pretty good. Really fun riding out- awesome gravel roads down there. Fun weekend.
