Slept ok but not enough in the van. Super fun evening in Cedar City. Bevs at Policy Kings and ice cream at Palette.

Push ups and lunges at the park in the AM. Curls, squats, plank when we got home. Long day.

Didn't sleep well. Almost slept in but knew it'd be rad up there this AM.
Up Grandeur in 56:44, solo summit for 3min, then mellow descent. Took 400mg ibu when I woke. Could feel low back a little but not bad. Quads were sore from Wed though. Finished before a bonk came on.

Cool temps, not many ppl out. Turnover felt a little better on the descent compared to Wed. I just didn't totally trust my feet to lift high enough in the chunky sections.

Got to sleep in but woke an hour before alarm. Good sleep though. Head is good. Need more sleep so I can sort out what I want to do this summer. Def ready for the break.

Up Grandeur in 56:12 keeping hr under 150. Descent was fine. Low back was a little awake but good overall. Stride felt really short. Went up Thaynes and did 7x 10sec hill sprint/ 50sec walk recovery to turn the legs over, then down Deso trail. Body held up well. TBD how I feel tmw. So rad to get up there though. Not many ppl out. Perfect weather. Psyched. May try to hit it again Fri AM before work.

Paris-Roubear gravel race. Almost got cancelled bc of cold weather/ rain. RD sent everyone off together to do just one lap. The A flight guys took off, and a lot of ppl were scattered. Eventually connected with 3 others after ~5 miles and we rode together until the finish. So fun. So muddy and dirty. First gravel race done. Psyched!
