Bow River Trail in Canmore. Legs ok. After 71min, 6x 1min hard/ 1min E, which didn’t feel amazing. Nice run overall. Dig Canmore.

From Snowforest CG in Revelstoke, BC. Soren Sorensen trail to Inspiration trail. to summit trail, then down rd back to Soren trail to CG. Breathing felt shallow. Low mo. Legs not great. Really cool area, awesome morning. Body just not cooperating well Still a good run though.

Hoh Rainforest- double out and back on on Hoh River trail, then 2 laps on Spruce Nature trail. Felt kind of freaked on River trail bc of Cougar warning sign. Legs and lungs good. Cool, light rain. So glad to get up early top run. Nice job.
