Running (Night run warmup cooldown) 10:00 [2] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Orienteering (Trails, Test Run, Night) 25:00 [3] 3.15 km (7:56 / km) +145m 6:27 / km

I just can't run that fast at night, even on trails. The risk of falling is just too high (I bailed once running down a trail...) I think a hand flash-light would help because the higher distance of the light source from my eyes creates better shadows... Or maybe I need a Headlight...
