Found a pool. Ran 20 minutes at 5 feet deep. Some foot contact on the bottom but not too hard.
Feet fine afterwards (t+6 hours now.)
General injury update - L-foot hasn't really hurt yesterday or today (yay!). R-foot was a little burny yesterday while walking, and a bit sore, but better today (still a bit sore after a bunch of sitting.)
Not sure if that's time, or the change of shoes (and/or a bit less walking today?). Yesterday was the new Asic's & new insoles. Today is back to the NB's with the Icebug insoles.
I'm not using much SalonPas tape, or advil these days (which is good - and maybe, if I calibrated back to using more that, I'd be in even less pain.)
