R-knee inside edge sore for the first time in a while - right at the start of the run - tried to do some quad/IT stretching - only helped a bit, but at least didn't worsen much. Inspired a strength training set in the evening, as it's still a bit wore.

GPS track is AJ's. 5k at Feel-the-Love race. Got a bit of a late start (20 sec) - time is chip time. Would've been really close to the 3rd & 4th place women had I started on time - wonder if that would've motivated me to push harder?

It certainly felt hard - on the lungs/cardio.
