Not long enough, nor did I get my mindset very focused.

Retied shoes 4 times, generally not confident or focused.

Still pretty stuffed up and throat a little dry, but I think I'm healthy enough to run. I'm planning to go to HVO/DVOA dual in the cool windy rain on Sunday.
