Foot fine on wake up. Very lightly sore after 10 minutes of heel/toe raises. Seems to be improving now in brace.

To be clear, the heel/toe raises of the last week+ have been while sitting, out of the brace. Quite light.

More foot toe/heel in evening. Not sore during entire 10 minutes. Foot was very lightly achy on and off in the evening, but seems like it may finally be healing overall...?

Toe-Heel raises for 20 minutes straight. A very little sore for first ~3 minutes then fine the rest of the time. (Did after swim/water run, so endorphins probably active.)

Swam and did various water running exercises. Swam 800m in 14:49 (PR?)

Foot a little sore on focussed calf pushes (under water) so lightened up on those.

Foot quite good all afternoon/evening after workout, including 22 minutes of foot heel/toe raises work (interleaved with gym weights.)

Foot on and off very light burning all day. Occasionally did seem exacerbated by walking around and turning a corner, despite foot cast. Would go back to 0 burning occasionally, esp. when sitting, but sometimes even when walking.

Approx. 3x90 seconds of toe/heel raises. Stopped and rested for ~5 minutes as soon as I felt _any_ inflamation at all.

Good swim plus water run with alternating minutes of foot-ish stuff. Foot very lightly sore after for ~15 minutes, then totally fine.

Now while sitting (2 hours later) it's a very light bit of soreness.

Foot was still a little lightly burning in the evening when I started toe/heel raises (while sitting.) Stopped after 2 minute because I thought the very light burn might be worsening.

Ten minutes of toe/heel raises in late PM. Foot was a tiny bit achy/nothingness even before I started and didn't get worse throughout, so I did the whole 10 minutes...
