| Orienteering (Race) 1:16:14 [4]8.7 km (8:46 / km) +250m 7:40 / km | ||
| Felt good, fewer mistakes but a little further back. I'm way better at uphill than downhill apparently. I need to get some foot/ankle strength back, and get a little more fearless on leaf covered downhills... and then I can run just as fast as Mr. Zhuk... or not.
R-foot mildly sore during, after, and still on Monday morning. I need to fix that too. Perhaps this winter I'l do some better time-off-racing/foot-strength

| A little sloppy during the first half. Better focus on 2nd half.
Foot mildly sore during and after.

| Orienteering (Mass Start Race/Training) 28:00 [4]3 km (9:20 / km) +200m 7:00 / km | ||
| Fairly runnable, Skyline Ridge OSP w/Doug & Van. Van dropped off near #2. Doug & I were within sight the whole way, with me faster uphill, and Doug faster downhill.
I wasn't pushing super hard (i.e. 4-) due to my sprints the day before, and A-event on the upcoming weekend.

| 6x800 with PA Run Club. Supposed to descend ~5-10 seconds on the 2nd 400. Kinda slow & not sure why, ex. that I wasn't feeling excited beforehand, and the rests were only ~90 seconds
