Sunday Sep 12

Running (Warm/Cool on Grass) 8:00 [2]0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
Orienteering (Race) 56:50 [4]6.3 km (9:01 / km) +240m 7:35 / km
Solid race navigationally, and really hammered the last 1/4 as I knew I was close to Randy's time. Paid the price though as I was wasted and headachy in the afternoon despite Excedrin and a lot of Mountain Dew...

RED - Splits

Saturday Sep 11

Strength (Painting, digging, liftin) 20:00 [1]
In itself this stuff isn't totally exhausting, but on Sunday I combined it with a race - didn't even want to stand up any more by 7 pm.

Friday Sep 10

Strength (Core - back, arms) 10:00 [1]
Painting for hours

Thursday Sep 9

Running (Paved, Grass) 1:28:00 [2]8.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
Looped out from apt. to VF park the via rails to new home to accept delivery of washer, dryer & (4 hours later...) a range. Did a bunch of house cleaning and digging (for a retaining wall a flat part of the yard for a house.) Really tiring work there and have been doing a lot of it & not finding time to run (or do non-house errands - aren't those stacking up...)
Strength (Core - Digging) 20:00 [1]
3 hours of digging trenches and post-holes

Wednesday Sep 8

Running 25:00 [2]2.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
With a new house to get prepared and moving, it's hard to keep training properly...
Strength (Hip/Quad Clock squats) 4:00 [1]

Monday Sep 6

Orienteering (Course setting) 23:00 [2]2.25 km (10:13 / km) +50m 9:12 / km
Setting flags for Bday Sprint (re-run of last year's course...)
Orienteering (Race Rerun) 12:14 [4]2.25 km (5:26 / km) +50m 4:54 / km
Fast rerun of Bday Sprint.
Chuck was ~ 11 seconds ahead at the finish. He's fast!
Randy was about 20 seconds behind me and still well ahead of the course record.
