Saw Dr. McShane today. Upon reading my MRI, I got another big ? He said I had a very minor bulge on L5-S1 (or something like that - the lowest disc) (but I couldn't see it on the MRI at all...) that may or may not be the cause of my leg pain.
So I'll just keep ramping up slowly like I have been over the last few months, hoping to be running in the forest w/o reinjury by the fall season.
On a positive note, my daily pains seems to be receeding - almost not noticable for a few hours here and there the last few days.

Misc strength for hamstring/core. A little burn at end of eccentric pull on hamstring, but was only very mild in the car afterwards (w/o ice.)
