Pain: Apparently getting a little better. Still a bit of burn occasionally, but that's pretty rare. Mostly just the pressure sensitivity thing going on.

I have been slacking off the DT + stretch + ice the last few days - down to ~2x/day the last 2 days vs. 5x/day for most of Sept.
