| Back and forth on a trail - was going to explore more, but the trailhead was rather remote, and Angelica was happier with me checking on her. Physically I had a really hard time moving properly - after 3 minutes of "run easy" I was up to a 108 HR... Had to really push to get HR up to ~140, and was only moving ~5min/km at that point (gravel trail). Don't know if that's good or bad. Hoping it's good, because I have to move faster than I used to think to get my HR up? |
