VF Mt. Joy Hill Climb challenge (Cannon-sign to parking-lot at top). Set PR (3:06) on 1st run at 10:30am, and then Clem beat that with 3:02 at about Noon, and then I did 2:56 at about 1pm. An 11 year old boy ran 3:40...

Rhus Rd. to top of Black Mtn. (2800ft) and back. Massive view from the top - nearly 100 miles in many directions, but couldn't see the pacific ocean in early AM - too much fog.

Workaholic day. Up at 4am, flew to CA, work email and/or sleeping on the planes & in airport. In office in CA from Noon to 8:30pm, then it was dark... Ran short around the parking lot because I can't break the streak...
