L-PT better than yesterday when I woke up today, but then sore throughout run, at least not getting much worse by end. It's getting a little sore sitting the last 2 days. Maybe the jumping at BounceU (w/kids) yesterday inflammed it a bit. Walking flat is still okay, although walking stairs hurts again after a few days early in the week where that was fine too. | ||
