Running 55:00 [2] 5.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: R-NB 891's
I think the foot injury is more of a metatarsalgia, or something. There's no burning to speak of, and walking/running in shoes with a good arch helps keep the pressure off. I have esp. long 4th toes, and I wonder if my newish Asics, which aren't wide that I wore last Wed-Fri., plus the O' shoes all last weekend, were cramping the toe a bit and then bruising something. The good news is that it's not really getting worse, and I may be able to buy some brand new shoes to wear in the house to resolve this (we don't wear shoes inside normally.)
Today's run was a bit on/off over an hour, with the kids on their bikes, while Angelica was out in the AM running the Philly Distance Run (1/2 marathon) in 1:42 or so.
