Mostly paved. My Garmin HR monitor functionality is really erratic to the point of useless. I just changed the battery, and cleaned it again, so we'll see if that helps. Other suggestions from Garmin included wetting the synthetic shirt, or wearing cotton, and/or moving the HR strap around so that it's on my back instead of my chest... I may try those...

PM run w/AJ while Oriana did her swimming training (Stroke & Turn prep course for Upper Merion Marlin's swim-team)
AJ & I did a warm up on some grass, and then some short intervals 100m, then 200m, then 100m. He ran 21, 45, 19.5. I ran only a tiny bit faster on each of these. It won't be long now...
Maybe I should do 400m+ stuff with him, where I can easily keep ahead to avoid injuring myself trying to stay ahead, while building his endurance? We'll see. I'll likely be leading him on Tue and Thu. track workouts for the next few weeks.

Out & back from produce junction in Phoenixville w/Angelica, just because she wanted to run somewhere she hadn't run in while. Just bumpy enough that I think it helped my ankle - though I was staring at the ground hard to avoid any surprises.
