8hr week, then 10 next, then 6-ish in prep. for QOC

Left Achilles a little twingy during minutes 3-10 or so of today's run - similar to what I though might have been the R Achilles twingyness yesterday, but I'm now thinking must've been the same (L) as it was the same very mild tightness. Just something to note, in the off chance it gets worse. First sign was walking around perhaps 10 minutes after finishing - which inspired a cooldown run where it faded away.

Beautiful terrain, quite technical in places, but so open that if you paid enough attention you could see plenty to guide you in. Compass quite useful in limiting that attention.

Had a bit of a train (me + 3?) by the last 3rd - of which I was no longer leader from 17-19, but where I jumped ahead at 20 after the 2 leaders bobbled 20 seconds low.

Great fun open forest. Excellent place to enjoy orienteering, and learn more advanced orienteering.

Garmin FR 620 - normally a quite reliable location toy - best since the 305, perhaps best ever - failed miserably. Distance was stuck at 0, tho. time was counting - and when trying to save-route at the end, it hung.
