Running 42:16 [3] 5.1 km (8:17 / km) +100m 7:33 / km
Foot kinda sore all morning. Didn't get much worse during the run - less so than the more abrupt fine->sore on the two earlier runs this week.
Sore afterwards - was watching 2 little kids right after I finished (as their mother was busy delivering their new little brother ;), so I didn't do my normal stretching/DT routine for a few hours, and evening after that (and tight sock & Salon Pas tape) by the evening it was getting upset (R-foot generally burny/strangely sore from mid-sole to just above heel) - had to do 2-3 DT sessions to knock it back down.
I think I'm going to need to take another no-running period - gym bike & walking only - until this calms back down. When I next try to ramp back up, maybe I'll start with more foot strength even before I try running, just to try something different?
