Walking 25:00 [1] 1.5 km (16:40 / km)

Loop in Green Lane, and found a boundary line well marked, signed (usual, and "I'm a marine that's good in a gun fight"), and guard dog + owner defended, that is clearly inside an area the park also claims as public land. Shared with the Park folks that they either have their maps wrong, or the owner does, but that in either case, it should be reconciled for hiker safety...

Did much of a 'full set' in the evening, incl. foot DT.

(Usual, R) foot was a bit burny/sore on off during the day. Sometimes outside edge, sometimes usual inside heel spot. Not sure if it's the O' yesterday, or the same shoes again, or the coming rain.

Brown Bumble, at a light jog, in Yellow O-Shoes.

Foot 100% fine till ~45 minutes, and after that just mildly 'tired'.

Thursday Feb 9, 2023 #

Running 40:55 [2] 4.9 km (8:21 / km) +78m 7:44 / km

Loop in the park. Foot a bit odd during, but fine after. (Did some DT/stretching.)

Tuesday Feb 7, 2023 #

Running 24:39 [3] 3.1 km (7:57 / km) +60m 7:15 / km

Little loop in the park.

Quick DT-roll & toe-up stretch before and after. Both feet pretty much fine during & after. I was quite hesitant landing on my R-foot still though, during the run, anticipating it getting upset, but it never really did.
