Ran on the snowy paths in the morning. Nice. 10min ab-training.

Ran again on the map Nordskogen and marked some controls. After that I ran in the forests further north. Really nice weather and shape today! Some snow in the forest, but that's only good ;)

Warm up: 30min. Then I ran intervalls on the roads around my home (too much snow in the forest and on the paths). I ran 2min x 10. Good speed and good legs. Fun! Cool down: 15min.

Skiing at Kjølen Skicenter. Low speed and low pressure. Even though I didn't feel much from the intervals.

Ran first on the map Nordskogen, hang out some bands on controls we are going to use in a competition in the spring. After that I continued running on the paths. The shape was gooooood.

Skiing in the courses at Kjølen Skicenter. A little tired in my legs, so the speed was pretty low on this one..
