This was a great run today, it was 55 degrees! It was a slightly hilly route, probably the hilliest I've run since my calf was hurting me on the long run. It didn't bother me, but I'm still not going too crazy with the hills.
It was late and rainy during this run but still pretty warm. I should have earlier in the day but I had been busy all day. I also did the form drills after the run.

This was the treadmill run that was described in the training for this week. I did this really early before a lot of people were at the rec, and I think that made me pretty lethargic for the run. I made it through, although didn't enjoy it a whole lot.
I did this run mostly with my girlfriend as she was trying to recover from the half. I did a little bit extra on my own just so I didn't feel like as much of a slacker.

I made it through my long run without any problems. I continued to practice eating and drinking during it and I'm getting better about that. I was worried that my calf would act up again, but it didn't. I kept the route mainly flat, and I'm not sure if that helped, but it definitely didn't hurt. Good run, and glad my calf didn't hurt.
