Memorial. Well, here we go again. Going to give it a try. Super-easy pace. Don't actually know what it was because I didn't wear a watch but this stupid log won't accept an entry without time. So, it's purely a guess based on perceived effort considering how out of shape I am.

Home/Green and back. Not a particularly positive walk. Quite a bit of pain and soreness. May have to quit doing any exercise at all.

Home/ green. Everything was feeling great then right on cue the hammy bit me pretty good. Had to bail the trails and walk it home.

Time for a new plan after a day off. 3 miles daily instead of 5.

Trails to home. Walk home after bailing on my run yet again because of hamstring pain.

Memorial. Running fine until I started getting a little sore again. Struggling between needing to go longer and not wanting to push anything and re-injure the hamstring. The plan was to run 8 miles but since I started feeling the soreness at 4 miles, I just turned for home and ran the 5.

Sabine. Sunday walk with Misty. Had to go later in the day so it was actually pretty warm. But, still a very nice walk. Good time on the feet.

HCM trails. Gorgeous morning and big group. Finished up with about 3 fast miles going up to the polo grounds and around a huge loop of dirt roads. Soft and quite fast. Best morning in a long time.
